Police Appreciation Day
We would like to invite you to The 11th Annual Police Appreciation Day to honor all officers who risk their lives and in dedication of Detective Aaron Amptmeyer. The Town of St. John will be dedicating and naming their brand-new community center building after Aaron.
This family friendly event is free to the public and a parade will kick off promptly at 6pm. The parade starts at Park Place East on 109th Ave. to Cline North to 101st Ave. West to Rt. 41 North to Rt. 30 East to Cline Ave. N. to Joliet St. East then ending at The Halls of St. George in Schererville.
Once the dedication service is concluded at the community center located at 10216 Cline Avenue, St. John, IN., the parade will continue to The Halls of St. George. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase with live entertainment provided by Jerry Clemons and The Nick Danger Band.
